Applying for Vietnam Work Permit for head of representative office/legal representative, what should we prepare?
- Form No. 1: Explanation of demand for using foreign workers
- Form No. 11: Application for a work permit for a foreigner
- Letter of Introduction: 3 copies, signed, stamped
- Criminal Record of foreigners issued abroad or Criminal Record No. 1 issued within 6 months
- Originals of medical examination papers at Vietnamese hospitals, clinics and medical facilities that fully satisfy the conditions prescribed by the Ministry of Health (within 12 months)
- Translation of Certificate of Experience with at least 3 years consular legalized
- Original + notarized copy of passport
- Photo 4x6cm: 2 photos, white background, taken less than 6 months
- Notarized copy of Certificate of Business Registration + investment license (if any)
- Notarized copy of certificate of completion of isolation (if there is isolation)
Time to issue a work permit: 3-4 weeks.
Note: The documents of foreigners (in foreign languages, issued abroad) need to be consular legalized, then translated into Vietnamese and notarized before submitting in accordance with Vietnamese law.
The Letter of Introduction needs to be signed and stamped with 1/3 of the signature from the left.
